Paris-Nice: Vinokourov dedicates stage win to Kivilev

Yahoo! Sport | Vinokourov dedicates Paris-Nice fifth stage win to Kivilev

T-Mobile rider Vinokourov made a solo break Tuesday from a small peleton 8.5km from the line and arrived home alone ahead of second-placed German CSC rider Jorg Jaksche who holds the overall race lead.

Italy's Michele Bartoli and Davide Rebellin, second overall 10sec off Jaksche, were just behind.

Bartoli's sprint for 3rd was important, since it kept Rebellin from picking up a time bonus and moving up on Jaksche. US Postal's George Hincapie was 6th on the day, just ahead of Bobby Julich and Baden Cooke. CSC continues to dominate the action, with five riders in the top 10 today.
