Hincapie USA Today's Athlete of the Week

USATODAY.com | Athlete of the Week Hincapie enjoys rare spotlight turn

Recognition continues to pour in for George Hincapie's stage win on Sunday. USA Today, the newspaper for people who love TV, has named Hincapie it's Olympic athlete of the week.

Dave Zabriskie won the award for the first week in July and for his Giro stage win in mid-May and Chris Horner won one in June for his Tour de Suisse performance.

Congratulations George! The picture afterwards with Lance giving thumbs up was priceless.

Unrelated question: does anyone know where I can buy copies of L'Equipe in the USA? Online or in the Dallas, Texas area?

Just found your site, love it, great info me to follow along everyday. I also have been following the tour at Velonews, and at Swap Blog - http://www.team-swap.com/wordpress

I mention Swap Blog as they seem to blog about almost every stage and I noticed you did not have them on your list of other TDF blogs. I am sure they would appreciate you adding them, but hey either way anyway I love the site and I will be back everyday.

Pardon me for chuckling like an idiot. "USA Today, the newspaper for people who love TV" is a great line. Well done.
