Stage 3 profile
Stage 3 borrows heavily from two classics, Liége-Bastogne-Liége and the Amstel Gold Race. It's constantly up-and-down stage, with The climb of the Cauberg comes with only 2 kilometers to ride, so there's a good chance a strong rider or group may try to deny the sprinters by gapping the field here or before.
The categorized climbs come in the last 90 kilometers, with three 3rd-Category and three 4th-Category climbs. There are also three intermediate sprint lines, where we could see some more bonus time scrambling; Boonen sits 5 seconds behind Hushovd for the yellow jersey.
