Stage 9: Awesome Sprint!
I'm heading to a conference and will post more later, but just caught the sprint on the way out the door and it was awesome! It was Freire who gets it from McEwen, who made an incredible move.
Update
Sorry about the delay on Stage 9. Spent most of the day at Web Design World, talking about business blogging and my book. There wasn't any change in the overall, but that was one of the fastest stages I've watched. Not a record breaker, but it just looked fast on TV. Also, it showed how not to win in a break by attacking your breakaway partners and making it harder on everyone else! My guess is that one of that wasn't pulling through and that's why the attacking started.
I've never been a big Mcewen fan, but that sprint really showed his talent.
